The Goa'uld have been defeated by an alien race who have allied themselves with the Tau'ri. It is the ten year annivarsary of the meeting between the Aschen and the Tau'ri, but Jack O'Neill is not there. He was opposed to the treaty and rightly so was his opposition. The Tok'Ra have discovered a device which when worn on the arm increases the abilities of humans substantially.
